Grant Bansemer, the 12-year old fire safety product reviewer with his own YouTube channelshowed up at the Level 3 Lounge with a press badge to Talk to Qolsys Director of Marketing Jeremy McLerran about the fire monitoring capabilities of the IQ Panel.
Grant showed up to the room with his mother in tow, stating confidently “I was told I needed to see the cool products up here.” Jeremy and Grant discussed the future of fire security monitoring and Jeremy showed the panel’s new interface soon to be released via WiFi software update.
When asked how he became a reporter/reviewer at such an early age Grant responded “I always liked the fire drills at school. I wanted to understand more about fire systems and how they are different everywhere. Keep your eye on this one… we’re pretty sure he’s going places.
