Leif Kothe, blogger for Security Systems news, met with Qolsys Director of Marketing Jeremy McLerran on Wednesday in the Level 3 Lounge at ESX 2014 in Nashville. The two discussed industry trends and a desire to see continued innovation throughout products and services used by dealers and integrators nationwide.
Qolsys revealed a new UI , designed to be more consistent with Alarm.com’s new UI released at ISC West in Las Vegas a few months ago. The interface utilizes “flat” icons for a clean, easy to use consistent experience across multiple platforms.
After seeing the new look Leif wrote “the new look is a rousing success; it’s an uncluttered, clean, visually appealing interface.”
Leif also commented on the ad campaign “just say no to rubber number pads” run semi-anonymously by Qolsys at the show.
