Investment to Accelerate Growth of Residential Security and Internet of Things Platform
(December 3, 2014, San Jose, CA) – Qolsys, a provider of best-in-class residential security and home control solutions, announced today that it has secured a strategic investment from Tyco Security Products, part of Tyco, the world’s largest pure-play fire protection and security company.
With this investment Qolsys will accelerate the development of the company’s groundbreaking residential security and Internet of Things (IoT) platform. The Qolsys product line, which includes the flagship product IQPanel, will be immediately available to established Tyco Security Products channels in North America.
The IQ Panel’s impressive list of industry firsts combines security, life safety and smart home technologies into the first true “All-in-One” platform.
